THROW THEM AWAY, IN THE POT.
The problem:
In Italy every year 160 millions tons of food are wasted.
The Idea:
WWF and Auchan ask people to write and upload on a minisite their recipes,
not using normal ingredients, but the edible parts that they usually throw away.
Then we ask to a famous Eco-Food blogger, Elisa Casali, to make a selection
of the best recipes and we realize a recipe book.
Results:
The book had been sold in all the Auchan stores
and the proceeds had been devolved to the WWF.
